All packages are shipped in private packaging.  Your credit card will say "SUPPCENT".

You will receive tracking information shortly.  Tracking numbers for both FEDEX and USPS are automatically sent when a shipping label is created.  If for some reason you do not get the tracking number in 2-3 business days from the date of order, please contact me and I will be happy to resend it to you.

TRACKING NUMBERS. 
The tracking numbers sent by USPS do not give turn by turn information and only confirm pickup & delivery.  At times it will say this item is not in the system.  (I assure you if you received an email it was shipped.  USPS has a bug in their system and still have not fixed it yet.)

Some rural post office may delivery in a 2 days time frame rather than 1 day.  You can view your commitment time by going to http://www.usps.com

Example time frame for Express Shipping:
It's Monday 12 Noon EST and you place an order Express Mail.  This order will go out the next morning express mail and you will receive it Tuesday.  It's Sunday evening 9PM EST you place an order.  It is past the 4PM deadline, your package will be packaged up on Monday and shipped out Tuesday morning.  It will arrive Wednesday.  We only ship M-F for express mail any order placed on Friday will be shipped out on Monday!  USPS does not ship on any holidays the post office is closed.

If this is a SPECIAL ORDER allow 6-10 business days for delivery.

From time to time we make errors in packing up product. :-) We try our best to get it right every time.  If for some reason your order is not correct, we will do everything we can to correct the matter.  Kindly drop us an email and tell us the problem.

RETURN POLICY: 
If there is a defect with the product you must return the package to us for any refund or credit.  If you are returning the product because you do not want it or have no need for it or for any other reason.  A refund will be given for the product cost less shipping cost to you and a 10% handling/restocking fee.  If the product is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.  A refund will be given for the product cost less shipping cost to you and a 10% handling/restocking fee.  FEDEX and PRIORITY mail are not guaranteed ship times and a refund will not be given for late packages.  A refund can only be given for EXPRESS mail that is past 2 days late.  If you plan to return the product you can simply mark RETURN TO SENDER on the package (ONLY IF the PACKAGE is UNOPENED).  If the package is opened the customer must pay for return shipping costs.
